S186LP QUARANTINE Label

This "Quarantine" label features a bright red text to quickly communicate the status of a material. In order to maintain compliance with FDA or ISO regulations, materials that are "quarantined" must be marked/identified as such and segregated from other inventory. It includes blank fields to write or print additional information such as lot number, amount/quantity, date, and name/initials.

This label is multi-use with a designated area on the label meant to be covered up by another status label to designate a new status as the material moves through the quality control process. Cover up the "Quarantine" status with one of our 2 x 1 "Approved" or "Rejected" labels while maintaining the original label content.
